TIanshi (Bangladesh) Co. Ltd held an ‘Outward Bound Training Program’ for all employees from 3 May till 6 May, 2012 at Cox’s Bazaar. Mr. Steven Zhao, Managing Director of Tianshi (Bangladesh) Co. Ltd and Ellen Hou, General Manager of Tianshi Chittagong Branch, Tianshi (Bangladesh) Co. Ltd and other Tianshi (Bangladesh) employees made their presence felt in the occasion.

During the program, Mr. Zhao and Ms. Hou gave motivational speeches on the importance of increasing staff skills and team unity. Employees also took part in filling up questionnaire games, rope trading, football and number counting games. All these games were conducted with an aim to improving staffs’ analytical skills and physical efficiency. Besides taking part in games, employees went to Himchari, Inani Beach and Safari Park for sight-seeing.

All Tianshi (Bangladesh) employees enjoyed their time in the excursion. They pledged to work with unity for the business growth and development of Tiens Group in further years to come.
